Desert Dawn Ethiopian Coffee Beans Simple Origin

This high altitude natural process coffee if known for a fuller body, lower acidity and intense fruity, berry forward flavors.  Growing at 1700 to 2200 meters qualifies it as strictly High Grown, which allows a slow maturation that concentrates its complex flavors.  A Bright, clean, and sweet cup, medium-bodied with a creamy aftertaste. Very fruity profile: crisp citrus reminiscent of lemon, orange, and grapefruit, with a core of red fruits (blackberry/strawberry) and a slight floral undertone (lavender).  

Processed at a small farm in Hirut with 95% female workforce.

Roast level is a LIGHT Roast.
